Healthy Kimberley's Taking Care of Business Microgrants program provides funding to support creative, practical, and community-focused projects that improve health and well-being in Kimberley workplaces and public spaces.
The program offers grants of up to $500 to local businesses, organizations, and community groups to help bring innovative ideas to life. Funding can support small infrastructure improvements, workplace wellness initiatives, active transportation projects, community health programs, and other creative ideas that contribute to a healthier Kimberley.
Priority is given to projects that create a lasting and sustainable impact within our community.

I Feel It TooPregnancy, Infant Loss, and Fertility Peer Support Group
This project provides a safe and supportive space for individuals and families navigating pregnancy loss, infant loss, and fertility challenges. The peer support group helps reduce isolation, foster connection, and ensure community members have access to compassionate support during difficult life experiences.
Kimberley Public LibraryCommunity Bike Maintenance Tools
The Kimberley Public Library received funding to expand access to bike maintenance tools available to community members. By providing equipment that residents can borrow and use, the project encourages active transportation, supports cycling as a healthy lifestyle choice, and helps reduce barriers to bike ownership and maintenance.
Sprout Health MarketMarysville Community Bike Rack
Funding was awarded to support the installation of a community bike rack in Marysville. The project encourages active transportation by creating a safe and convenient place for residents and visitors to park their bicycles while accessing local businesses and services.
